I’ve finally succumbed to the expectations of whatever “radical” consonant my generation is represented by, a slave to the digital era that I’ve now only reluctantly begun to stick my big toe into. It’s an interesting reluctance, I’m not entirely sure why I’m so hesitant to join forces with the millions of people who spend their lives humping some innate fantasy of self righteous obsession. Hmm….well, shit, when you put it that way, I guess I’ve just answered my own question. But no, this isn’t some sort of self obsessed catalogue for the thoughts that enter my conscious, no, this is something more, something greater…something different…isn’t it? Or maybe that’s what they all say…who knows. Either way, I feel that some sort of record of my views, life, experiences, current culture, should be kept, for posterity’s sake. Or when the world ends and we’re eliminated by some sort of zombie apocalypse, or we’re taken over by some creature we took for granted, that someone may look back on this and exclaim “Holy fuck, he had it all along!”.
